Instructions: |
- Create a card base from Snow Layering Paper.
- Use a t-ruler to lightly draw guide lines to use for the star images.
- Stamp star images using Yellow, Orange and Pink Neon Inks.
- Stamp sentiment across bottom of card using black ink.
- Round all four corners of card.
